where are the clinics

Lastly for the day. I go to a family clinic that is sponsored by the Charismatic Episcopal Church which has two small parishes locally. It is about 15 years old and has provided a much needed service of health care to people who would have little or no recourse to any other. No one is denied care becuase of lack of funds and what fees there are they are based on one’s income and ability to pay. It has received a number of honours over the years and even though it is a faith based clinic no religion or dogma is pushed on anyone. My question to you is If a small denomination like the CEC can do this why is it that the mainline churches with millions of dollars in investments and property are not doing this kind of service and ministry in every corner of the US?
