A Poem for Boston

“Boston Weeps like cobblestones

“Footprints in the pavement carried death
clouds brought only horror
shouts once of victory now of sorrow
mushroom as a dirge
memory in cadence recalls
ashes and tears
just as before
and now
again” Bishop Andrew Gerales Gentry (c)
